ZOO TIME

Warm weather seems like a perfect excuse to cruise the zoo...
Oh they did both have on hello kitty shirts and skirts!!

Daddy teaching Hadley all about the giraffes...

The petting zoo is a required stop. Gweny got scared of the goats this time and none tried to mount her ha...

Jungle gym time means mommy and daddy got a little break.

The look miserable but I think mostly they were confused about what was going on...

We finally caught the train which Hadley has been begging for ever since we got the zoo pass a year ago. She LOVED it...

Gweny too!

Cheese Dada...

First round of Merry-go-round was good. Second not so pretty...

Hadley always loves it!

Update

Time has passed by and you will see by the date on the pictures that these are all fairly older, but still enjoyable. Jess and I decided to get the kiddos hair cut in the middle of my dye- four kids under the age of four in one salon for a thirty minute period was intense, but my stylist Janahn handled it like a pro...Mason LOVED his time in the chair...

Hadley and Mae heard there were suckers involved for good kids so they were on their best behavior!!

Gweny actually sat still and enjoyed it...

Mason stood for part, always flexible with the kiddos Janahn is :)

Later that day we had Evan's fifth birthday party so all the kiddos were without a nap because the haircut was of course a priority :) Surprisingly my children held it together.

Evan is too big. An army cake was his choice for the celebration.

The usual water balloon fight occurred, as always my kids were clueless but they still had fun pretending to know what was going on.

Next was bucket races. Again, my daughters didn't understand but played along anyway.

Mae had a classic wipeout which Stacy caught on film. Next, Hadley gave it a try and dropped her bucket, resulting in a pout!

The nap was definitely missed on Hadley's part, she is halfway falling asleep in the water!! Thank goodness for water wings.

What Mom, I was just playing!!!

Mason just couldn't handle all the fun.

I like this pic, I plan to layer this when I master my editing program :)

It actually happened. All six grandkids sitting still!!!!!! We had to snap some pics, but this will only be current for 6 more months :)

This picture makes my heart melt. They are SO big I can't stand it.

Goofy girl.

We celebrating Aunt Nikki and PaPaw Goins' birthday together. I attempted to snag some photos but that of course didn't go well. Surprise, Jiptz has my girls?!?!

They ran around outside like crazy kids...couldn't get the Goins' group of grandkids together...

Emmie stopped for a good shot.

Drive by shot of Hadley!!

Gwenyth Turned TWO?

So I cannot believe my baby is 2. Honestly it just went too fast. She is my sassy, vivacious girl that won't be told no and fully believes she is Hadley's age and capable of ANYTHING Hadley can do. I love her spunk even though it can be trying. If I didn't have another baby on the way I would be beside mysefl knowing I no longer have a baby. I have two toddlers?!?!?! As always, to embarass her, here is the first shot of her on that warm September day in 2009. My Gwenyth, Gweny, Gwenzo, GwenGwen, Sissy. We love you and can't wait to share pictures of the ladybug parties which were both great fun :)

With my strange bursts of nesting I now have a sudden interest in getting picture frames up in this house. We have lived here for like 15 months and all of a sudden it is my new project. So I've been playing around with editing some of my favorite pictures from this summer. These two stick out to me.

Findlay Balloon Fest

My brother-in-law's company helped sponsor the Hot Air Balloon Fest in Findlay so I got the crazy idea to drive straight up there from Cincinnati with the two girls by myself after working all day. Yes, I was tired but as you will see in the pictures it was DEFINITELY worth it and I already look forward to it next year. They had about 44 balloons and it cost absolutely nothing to get in and minus the chaotic parking really was great.

These three girls are goofy. If you look closely Hadley is holding Mae's hand.

No clue what they are doing.

My grown up Gweny.

Little Man looking so freagin cute!!

So happy, just staring at the sky.

Of course, when we got there I was starved, ditched the kids with Jessica and Doug and headed to get food which had LONG lines. So I waited, hungry and tired and just my luck they launch all the balloons when I'm twenty yards away and didn't get to see the kids' reaction which was the whole purpose.

These bumble bees had names, but I forgot to be honest.

Bri and Cyle made it with their kids and there was a spontaneous dance party.

At some point we had the silly idea of giving the children ice cream...like I said silly. Wait till the after faces...

Gweny couldn't get enough but I'm not sure how much she actually ate because most was on her face.

Even Mya got in on the goodies :)

Somehow after eating all the leftover fried food that we had Mason even had the ice cream and came out with this mug shot.

Mae was shy about her mess.

This is a fashionable pose.

Work the camera Cayden!!! He loved the chocolate.

After playing in the massive, overpopulated playground we waited for the balloons to come back for the glow.

Mason looked all cute then you have the girls having a wrestling session.

And we waited...getting more and more restless.

Since I was parked, literally a mile away and it was only me with the girls we headed back to the car before the glow got underway. So I attempted to catch pictures on my way to the car...

The girls absolutely loved this part, trying to help with the count down. It was a worthwhile evening even though I think I had to recover for the entire weekend which continued to be busy. On the way home I was dying for pop so had to do a McDonalds run which resulted in my children eating nuggets and fries at ten o'clock!!!!!!!!!!!!!
