So with moving into a new house we have under gone many changes in our day to day lives. Initially I was driving 35-40 minutes to our sitter, Jackie's, house. Then an additional 15 minutes to my car. Almost an hour in traffic each way was making long days and a VERY tired Mommy. So the search began for a new sitter, which we found and the girls' last day was Wednesday last week. With moving to a new sitter we had to say good bye to Ms Jackie. This was INCREDIBLY hard for me, I'm still not sure Hadley realizes the change is permanent. It's so hard because Hadley started there at 12 weeks old. Jackie knows her ins and outs. When she's had an off day. The words and mumbles mean things to her. She started my girl into her cookie phase, lead her to first words like Popcorn and Spongebob. She's the reason my daughter calls me Jackie and not Mom. She spent more time with my daughter than I did for the past 2 years, knowing her favorite foods, tv shows, even her bathroom schedules. She always had Yo Gabba Gabba playing every morning when Hadley came in and was a sucker for giving her fruit snacks every afternoon!! She worshiped Gweny the first time she met her and just LOVED her smile, always wanting to keep her for good. She was in sync with her schedules and knew how to keep her happy! Of course their last day they were both sick, just look at Hadley's eyes. They didn't want to take a picture and I had to keep my sunglasses on to avoid a real scene.
As one chapter ends a new begins. We started just this week with someone that lives less than 3 minutes from our house!!!!!!!!!! SO NICE. Plus, she's from Celina- SMALL WORLD RIGHT?!?! She has three girls so plenty of toys around to keep my girls busy!
