Bath Time Fun

Hadley is always a treat, never fussing when
we make over her or are being silly.
It seems like just yesterday we were so
nervous putting her in the tub & holding her
so she didn't slip. Now we are near ready
to make it into a seat?!?!

Being goofy taking off her shirt!

Such a Ham!!

Mark had to make a curly q for her!

She is getting so darn big!

Nikki's B-day

It's a birthday rush apparently!
I finally remembered my camera around
Mark's family! Enjoy

Gpa lovin on Hadley

Not even planned, Mark & Elliot had the same shirts on!
Too precious.

Hadley with proud gpa & gma!

Emmie, growing up!!

Aunt Mandie & James (Hadley's boyfriend).

Something about birthday parties and exhaustion.
Hadley was wiped out!

Evan's B-day Weekend!!

Oh, what a weekend. All four of the
grandbabies got to hang out all day
on Saturday, then Sunday it was Evan's
b-day party, 2 YEARS OLD?!?!

Ella offering Mae-Mae her bink,
sharing does mean caring!

Seems like the girls were more about
the camera then shy man Evan!

The Three Amigos

Evan is now becoming shy, it's kind of adorable!

Attempting to focus with all the excitement.

Hadley attempting to snag the camera.

It really does run in the family, Mom loves to sleep, Hadley
loves to sleep and of course, Grandpa loves to sleep. Doing
such a good job entertaining the little ones!

MaeMae enjoying some shut eye, tuckered out from the festivities.

Evan striking one last pose in his floaty!

Family

Hadley & Mae-Mae

Hadley with Gma & Gpa Elling

Hadley, dressed in black like a vampire for Billy!

A Weekend of Firsts!!

So Hadley just keeps on trucking.
This weekend she decided to start liking
food. We have been going through the
motions for over two months with most
of it ending up on us. Sunday afternoon
Hadley kicked it into high gear. She
now eats over a half jar of veggies and
fruit, then polishes of a 6oz bottle.
Lookout growth charts!!!!!!!

Ever day I count my blessings with
her...but of course I save time to have
fun to, hence the glasses look!

BIG GIRL!!

So on Wednesday of last week Hadley decided
to do a half roll...we can't count it because
it was on the couch so I assume the angle helped
her.

Here is the evidence.

Hadley had her six month check up last week...
Kind of early but we had to check on her ears
from the recent ear infection.
Weight: 16lbs 4oz, 26 inches and 45 cms on head circ.
She's maintaining at the 50th percentile!! Just perfect!

This weekend we participated in my cousin's first
annual golf outing...here is Mark and I before the
big tee off. I was on the only all girls team with
some of my family members...needless to say we
thought we were FANTASTIC but we of course
got the "worst team award" hahahaha!!
I tried to donate it back but it was free
golf so we had to take it. Regardless it
was a blast and we were able to raise over
$3,000 for the grief camp. So proud to be
a member of the Lauf family!

While we were at the outing Hadley decided
to officially roll over, not once but three
times and then showed us when we got home that
night. She is so darn special!!

Where Have We Been?!

So being done with classes for the
month I thought I would have all
this time...WRONG. Not sure what
we do but somehow I never have a chance
to even breath!

We got to enjoy Brogan the first
weekend in August, it was so nice
to have a newborn around again....

Mark the ever involved dad even does
Hadley's hair!

Her reaction says it all HAHA!

WOW

So this is my favorite picture of Hadley taken
right when she was born. It's impossible to believe
it really was only five and a half months ago that
that little maniac joined our family. She is honestly
just TOOO much. Rarely is she moody (nothing like her ma?!)
and always has a smile, even when we wake her up at 6
in the morning. I just realize more and more that children
are a gift from God and they are the most beautiful parts
of their parents wrapped up in one! Mark and I have been so
blessed and I love sharing stories with my friends and family
who have been on or are beginning the journey of
parenthood, it really is the coolest club to be a part
of!!
