Billy's Big Day

So June 13th Billy and Heather FINALLY tied the knot!! Mark was so honored to a be a part of the special day, and of course we were proud to see our main man so handsome! Everything was perfect, hopefully exactly what Heather dreamed of. Enjoy the pictures from the evening.

Grandpa, always spoiling her!

This is her quizical look, or she's just famished and not sure why she is outside on this hot day!!!?!

The wedding party got to go on the field to play and take pictures. Hadley was SOOOO cute, clapping and yelling her version of "goo ob" good job. We were so far up I'm sure she couldn't even realize it was Dada down there but it was still cute anyways!

Hadley with her proud grandparents.

I thought this cake topper was HILARIOUS!! Perfect for Billy.

This cake was straight from a magazine, and my favorite part...

...the daisies.

Grandpa had no shame getting on the floor and entertaining Hadley. Meanwhile all the guests are right behind him waiting on the grand entrance.

...and here is the grand entrance. Light sabers out, confetti in the air and here they come!!

Hadley playing in the leftovers!

Lastly, our beautiful family picture!

Happy Father's Day

Another Wonderful Father's Day has come and gone in the Goins house. This picture of Hadley and Mark is from last weekend when he was in his cousin's wedding. She was away from him all day long and when she finally saw him, she was excited! This is a typical Mark and Hadley moment, she is mesmorized by him and he just glows allowing her to learn, touch, or question everything.

If Hadley could talk I feel like she would say this to her Dada...

DADS
Delightful and loving,
Loved and admired,
Dad, you're my hero,
My life you've inspired. And when all my blessings
Are counted each day,
I thank God in heaven
For Dad when I pray. Dad thanks for your presence
Throughout thick and thin;
You're more than a parent,
You're my wonderful friend.

CHANGES
So many things around our house have changed in the past few weeks. Here is a little tour. In the bathroom Hadley only wants to stand in the bath. This was a rare moment when I caught her just playing in the tub. Poor Mark ends of soaked because she climbs up to him everytime she is soaked!

Next comes these MONSTROUS teeth. These things are intense, and with their arrival we have some crankiness (very manageable), her learning to bite her food, and CONTINUOUS drooling. Even though Aunt Stacy asked "oh, where's the middle one," we find them to be ridiculously cute!!

Next is her new demeanor. The girl is so playful, shy, and curious. This is her being shy...

She also cracks her self up, kind of like me ha!

Next comes her obsession with shoes. The girl NEVER liked shoes, and to prove me wrong, she is now fixated. She ALWAYS wants her sandals on and tries on shoes any time she sees them.

Lastly, Hadley is learning to cruise (FINALLY!!!!!!). She always wants to be standing, loves being walked around, and has learned to pull herself to standing.

This has all happened in a matter of weeks...blessed weeks!

15 Month Pics by Mark!

I can't believe she's already 16 months?!?!?! These were taken a few weeks ago, of course if Daddy is holding a camera, Hadley is striking a pose- surprise huh?
Enjoy, let me know if you want a print or two to update your current pics.

Chaos

Whenever we travel home and get all the Elling grandkids together, the level of chaos never ceases to amaze me. Enjoy some of the pics we snapped...

Hadley & Mae rocking out on the peepod.

Hadley's latest squint in the sunlight, she sure looks mad.

All the hooligans, even "Old Man."

Ella stood still for one minute, I still can't believe it.

Our quiet, calm little Hadley.

Happiness

These were taken last weekend we were home. The kids LOVE playing outside at Grandpa and Grandma's house and once Hadley got acquainted with the grass she was into it also! These are a few funny faces caught on film.

Somehow she does a tongue twist, it's craziness...

This is her being silly...

Mae's serious face...

Lastly, per request of those in other states- JILLY!!!!! Here is my tummy, already bigger than with Hadley- as can be expected. These were taken last week so at 26 weeks along...

So I got my diplomas in the mail today, and it is official...I have a Masters in Education and in Science of Nursing. It seems so surreal. Mark already asked if he could frame them for me, how sweet?! It also looks strange to see Jaclyn Rae Goins!!

I took this picture this evening and definitely fell in love with it...beside the cherries it says little sweetie which she is.

Goofin Around

Hadley learns something new every single day. The number of words she knows already blows me away and she is more than willing to repeat EVERYTHING (sometimes bad things) we say. Her favorite question is "what-dat?" Which can be a bit annoying, but it is so neat to see her learning. Her latest and favorites are "jackie (her sitter) more like ja-keeee, tree (teee), stop go (top, gooo), light (ight), and uh-oh. There are many more but I can't think of them all! She is all about being walked around EVERYWHERE holding on to your hands. These were just pictures of us being goofy...
