"Utterflyyyy"

As Hadley says we went to see the "Utterflys" which were from Japan on display at Crohns Conservatory. Kelly, or "Kellllly," as Hadley says wanted to go with my crazy daughters!!!!!

Pretty butterflies in the outside tent before going into the greenhouse.

Going through the cactus room we were adjusting to the humidity and looking forward to the upcoming exhibit. Hadley of course grabbed only one cactus and it didn't have needles.

Clueless Gweny, just kept chewing on the program, ending up with blue all over her face!

Gweny just chilling.

They would land ANYWHERE and certain colors or fabrics seemed to attract them, one landed on me as we were about to leave and Hadley loved it.

This tree looked like it was alive there were so many butterflies flocking toward the fruit (oranges or something). It's hard to see here but was so crazy.

Of course my girls have no ability to focus, they did come from Mark, so I got one with Gweny....then when I finally got Hadley this is what we got...

And she was diving after a weed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They really loved our stroller once Gweny was out. This butterfly had a crazy bright blue pattern you could see when it was in flight. I tried so hard to catch it on camera and almost tripped so I gave up!! Of course the only butterfly that landed on Gwenyth flew away before I could even get my camera up but it was in her hair like a cute little bow.

Just a random shot.

As we were leaving a girl handed Hadley a butterfly on the fake flowers they give you to "catch them." Hadley of course grabs the butterfly resulting in gasps from the crowds and the butterfly taking off...

Welcome MASON!

Our family continues to be so blessed! Our newest nephew, Mason Scott Williams joined us last Wednesday. He was induced starting at 7:15 and joined us around 4:30 and came in weighing 8lbs 5oz. All night came and went and I got a short conversation with Jessica & Mom but only one picture of my nephew. SO, I took off on Thursday, dropped the girls at the sitter and snuck home to spoil him :). I also got to meet a few friends for lunch, stop by mom and dads, and get my hair cut- and came home in time for bed?!?!?! It was a perfect Mom day, thanks to a wonderful husband that was willing to pick up the girls and take them on for the entire evening. This Mom is missing her family and hometown...

On a better note. Enjoy this beautiful lil guy...

I forced Jess to put him in this PRECIOUS outfit for his hospital pics...

Striking a pose.

Check out how long he is!!

He does have a "birthmark" but he already has an appointment at Cincinnati Childrens to have it assessed, evaluated, and hopefully treated!!!

Already wrapped around his Mom's finger!

Odds and Ends

Mark hanging out with lil Carter!!! (He's actually getting practice dealing with a boy, you never know if we'll need it one day HAHAHAH YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No worries we're not preggo or trying ha!)

Carter is definitely growing but everyone next to my chunky monkey looks so small!!

Hadley randomly posing with her scarf Mawmaw made her!

Some great looking hair on lil Gweny or "Loo-loo" as we call her!!

New hair-dos have arrived at our new house...Hadley is in a stage that she wants to do everything we do with sissy. If sis is on our lap she's on our lap, if sis has a poopy diaper "she has a poopy diaper," and if mama does sissy's hair she has to do Hadley's. I understand why she does it because sis is now much more interactive and responding to mom, dad, and Hadley. Mom loves when sis cuddles then Hadley wants to cuddle!!!!!!!!!

Hadley loves her hardwood floors and is learning to use them to her advantage. One night she was back in her room playing and then yells "mama, dada come look!!" I come back to see this great achievement, she was so proud!!!

Then she just wanted to eat up the camera showing off her building skills...

We're not still there...

What a whirlwind we have survived?!?! The past two weeks have been utter chaos. Just two weeks ago Mark and I were working 12-14 hour days completing finishing touches on Uncle Rays old place in hopes to move over Memorial day weekend. WHICH WE DID!!!!! So thanks to great family (Mark's watching the babies & mine plus James doing the moving), we survived. BARELY. Two full loads in a 26 foot truck, how did we accumulate so MUCH STUFF??? Mark said he's never moving again, I said just one more time!! It's crazy, the girls went away for the weekend and came home to a new place and didn't even skip a beat. I'm crying thinking about never going back to the home I brought my babies to when we left the hospital. Their rooms, their scratches on the walls, the overall scent of that house- I miss it. Still feels like I'm on a vacation with new smells and sounds at this house. The biggest adjustement for Hadley has been the hardwood floors hahahahahahaha. She slips like crazy and is adjusting to NO SOCKS ever because it's just chaos at that point- like a girl on ice!!! I just keep reminding my self this is all to get back home, where my heart is (so corney!)

This week has consisted of unpacking, rearranging, unpacking, and cleaning. Also, cleaning the old house, bringing the odds and ends, and meeting with the realtor. Are you tired yet because I sure am?? To add to the chaos that we call our life, Mark took a bed post to the chin resulting in an infection which had his jaw, lip, tongue and chin so swollen he couldn't talk so he was off work for two days. Gweny had nine month check up on Thursday with her surgery on Friday. Nine month check up went well. She's 28 3/4 inches (97th percentile) and 20 lbs 1 oz (80th percentile). Continues to hold her own my Gweny?!! She's hitting all her milestones for the most part, a fuzz behind on her verbal but they say that's common with ears and the second child (we are over obervant after Hadley slipped behind).

On to her surgery, let's just say LIKE A CHAMP. She had her last bottle on Thursday night at about 9, slept thru the night and remained foodless until 10:15 and did so easily, no fussing at all. She didn't cry before, during according to the nurses (the anesthesia part), nor after. She's such a little trooper my Gweny! Now the last two days, she's had a rough go but I'm not sure what her story is. Just fussy, up most the night last night- just my luck!! If she's not better tomorrow it's back to the surgeons office for a quick peek.

These pictures are just some of the silliness that happened at our old house regularly, tear- but it will happen here too : ) . Hadley refusing to get dressed, my girls being naked, Hadley plugging her ears, putting silly hats on sissy on and on...
