With my strange bursts of nesting I now have a sudden interest in getting picture frames up in this house. We have lived here for like 15 months and all of a sudden it is my new project. So I've been playing around with editing some of my favorite pictures from this summer. These two stick out to me.

Findlay Balloon Fest

My brother-in-law's company helped sponsor the Hot Air Balloon Fest in Findlay so I got the crazy idea to drive straight up there from Cincinnati with the two girls by myself after working all day. Yes, I was tired but as you will see in the pictures it was DEFINITELY worth it and I already look forward to it next year. They had about 44 balloons and it cost absolutely nothing to get in and minus the chaotic parking really was great.

These three girls are goofy. If you look closely Hadley is holding Mae's hand.

No clue what they are doing.

My grown up Gweny.

Little Man looking so freagin cute!!

So happy, just staring at the sky.

Of course, when we got there I was starved, ditched the kids with Jessica and Doug and headed to get food which had LONG lines. So I waited, hungry and tired and just my luck they launch all the balloons when I'm twenty yards away and didn't get to see the kids' reaction which was the whole purpose.

These bumble bees had names, but I forgot to be honest.

Bri and Cyle made it with their kids and there was a spontaneous dance party.

At some point we had the silly idea of giving the children ice cream...like I said silly. Wait till the after faces...

Gweny couldn't get enough but I'm not sure how much she actually ate because most was on her face.

Even Mya got in on the goodies :)

Somehow after eating all the leftover fried food that we had Mason even had the ice cream and came out with this mug shot.

Mae was shy about her mess.

This is a fashionable pose.

Work the camera Cayden!!! He loved the chocolate.

After playing in the massive, overpopulated playground we waited for the balloons to come back for the glow.

Mason looked all cute then you have the girls having a wrestling session.

And we waited...getting more and more restless.

Since I was parked, literally a mile away and it was only me with the girls we headed back to the car before the glow got underway. So I attempted to catch pictures on my way to the car...

The girls absolutely loved this part, trying to help with the count down. It was a worthwhile evening even though I think I had to recover for the entire weekend which continued to be busy. On the way home I was dying for pop so had to do a McDonalds run which resulted in my children eating nuggets and fries at ten o'clock!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Golf Outing Weekend

The weekend before we headed home to the annual golf outing we went to Mandy and Jon's new house to wish Jon safe travels since he was deployed for a year to Afghanistan. I could never imagine leaving my spouse and they also have a 18 month old boy, Carter. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits, but I realize the important thing will be being there for Mandy even if it's just providing adult time (It will be her and Carter for a year and she is only going to work part time, two twelve hour shifts a week- THAT IS A LOT OF KID TIME!!!!). On the way to the party Gweny made a fashion statement (the shades would be upside down).

The kids wouldn't sit still for a picture so all you get is an action shot.

The next weekend we packed up the van, picked up Grandma Bebe and headed to my hometown for the annual golf outing. Of course on Friday we had to get everyone together and go swimming at my brother's pond. My girlfriend Bri and her husband Cyle made it with their two kids as well.

Mason is a little fish...but he sure likes pebbles, sometimes in his mouth but who could blame him?

Edible.

Flippers and a tube, Hadley is ready and telling Grandma BeBe all about it.

Gweny is throwing a tantrum because she refuses to put on water wings?!?!

Cayden was having a blast with all the kiddos.

Grandma on beach duty.

Mya went in for a second but mostly just hung out.

Before we left on Sunday the girls played salon, getting their nails and hair done. Not sure what this pose is about but it is adorable.

Gweny even allowed her hair to be done.

Getting in a little movie time before dinner.

Great Day

So we have been going through a particularly stressful time in our household. A little one on the way and an accidental switch to a single income household. Finally this week we got our break. I told a friend that I let out a huge sigh of relief in addition to losing about ten pounds of stress off my shoulders. I am so happy to say my husband got two job offers this week (pending drug test and background check which he passed just fine in March). Both are better jobs then the Direct TV gig, both pay better than his previous job with Goodcents, and BOTH CAN TRANSFER to the Lima area :) The plan starts to evolve :) Now we can stop stressing about finances and start enjoying this limited time with the two girls because come February we will have three little ones!!! With probably three girls, but we won't find out until October. Having my niece around all week this week I honestly turned to Mark and said that I want a third girl (NO CLUE WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME). Hadley and Mae have been adorable and including Gweny, it's just precious and I know the bond that comes with a sister and I can't wait! The pictures I have included were random chaos, which is equivalent to our life!

Striking a pose.

Loving on her frog...

Willing to allow sis in the picture but NOT willing to look at the same time?!?!

Surprise shot...

My goofy, goofy girl.

Hadley wanted artistic shots....no comments needed on my stained chairs!!!!!! They are well used and were bought used too!

Gweny's sheepy striking a pose.

I wish kids sat as still as stuffed animals.

This picture makes my heart melt.

My goofy girls.

I had a hard time attempting to capture Hadley's "crazy eye," one day she looks at me with one eye turned in and I freaked out until she started laughing (I thought she had a lazy eye and envisioned an eye patch hahahahaha). Now she does it all the time and it just cracks me up. She will just yell...."Crrrrazzzzy eye!"

I am so grateful for the blessings we have gotten this week and look forward to more good news- Dad gets evaluated by the surgeon tomorrow!!!

Good Times

My girlfriend Sarah was in town for a few days so I decided to take off a day of work and hang out. We decided, after much delay because of the iffy weather, to go to Coney Island. Of course we just stayed in the shallow end and did not take advantage of the slides and rides, but it was nice to just chill with the roomies :)

Mandy had stopped by a few days earlier in the week and Hadley just couldn't get enough of Carter...too young to be in the same bed, but the door was open hahahaha.

We stepped out of the water for lunch, otherwise my girls weren't getting out!!!

On the go Gweny

Afterwards we enjoyed a cookout and chaos at my house!

Like I said chaos, ice cream sandwiches which lead straight to a group bath!

Leslie's daughter Grace was GREAT with the kiddos.

So patient...

We were so determined to get a pic with this little hat on plus the horsey but that didn't work.

I definitely just realized there were no pictures of Sarah, ha not sure how she did that?!
